Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Brice: Page 3, line 30 through page 4, line 12: Delete all material. Page 6, following line 1: Insert a new subsection to read: "*Sec. 4. AS 23.20.290(g) In addition to the contributions required by AS 23.20.290(c) each employer shall contribute an amount equal to one-tenth of one percent of the wages, as set out in AS 23.20.175, on which the employee is required to make contributions under AS 23.20.290(d). These contributions shall be deposited in the Alaska technical and vocational education program account as established by AS 23.15.830."
